San Diego : Anza Borrego Desert State Park
Blooms scattered amongst the desert sand just outside of Borrego Springs, East County San Diego. These Desert Evening-Primroses, Hairy Sand Verbena, and Desert Sunflowers contributed to what became an early spring super bloom for 2024. I was particularly impressed with mountains and clouds that lit up at sunrise looking west towards the edge of Anza Borrego Desert State Park.
